By using the optometrytoday.tv website, you are deemed to have accepted these conditions.

The CET points service on the optometrytoday.tv website requires registration. By filling out the required information on the registration form, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

Before subscribing to the CET points service you should read our privacy policy.

If you have registered with us and subsequently change your details, you can update them by logging in via the subscription link and updating your details online. Alternatively you can contact the web administrator at jamal.dayes@tenalpspublishing.com.

Any changes we make to the terms and conditions will be updated immediately on this page.

1. Registration

When you register, you are registering as a personal user of optometrytoday.tv. Access to registration areas is via your surname and password. In the event that you forget either of these details. You can use the forgot login details page to email your correct details to your email account.

2. Termination of registration

If we wish to bring the agreement to an end, we will do so by emailing you at the address you have registered stating that the agreement has terminated. The agreement will terminate and your email address and password will become invalid on optometrytoday.tv immediately.

3. Use of material appearing on optometrytoday.tv

For the purposes of this agreement, "material" means material including, without limitation, text, video, graphics and sound material, published in Optometry Today Magazine and on the optometrytoday.tv website, whether copyright of Optometry Today, AOP, Ten Alps Publishing or a third party.

4. Disclaimer of liability

To the extent permitted at law, we do not accept any responsibility for any statement in the material. You must not rely on any statement we have published in/on optometrytoday.tv without first taking specialist professional advice. Nothing in the material is provided for any specific purpose or at the request of any particular person.

If we provide links to other sites from optometrytoday.tv. These sites are not under our control and we are not responsible in any way for any of their contents.

We give no warranties of any kind concerning optometrytoday.tv or the material. In particular, we do not warrant that our content including PDF's is virus free.
